Operations Manager

Permanent, Full Time, Term Time only plus inset days and 10 additional days in the holidays.

CLF Post 16 are looking for a dynamic Operations Manager to join our supportive and talented team. They will work collaboratively with the CLF network of Operations Managers to ensure the academy operates effectively and that the leadership team have excellent administrative support. The CLF Post 16 Academy is situated in South Gloucestershire, hosted at John Cabot Academy, and serves the students of Bristol across two local authorities. We are a diverse multi-academy trust, looking for professional and ambitious people, with a passion for transforming our students’ learning.

What we are looking for:

To be successful in the post, you will have experience in a senior administrative or operational role enabling you to be responsible for the co-ordination of all CLF Post 16 Academy operations, logistics and administrative activities. You will have experience of working with, and supporting, senior leaders to deliver organisation objectives through provision of executive assistant support. You will be able to ensure robust administrative, compliance and operations systems, processes and procedures are in place and will line manage the administration team.
