Briarwood School is seeking an enthusiastic, skilled and compassionate Personal Assistant and Administration Manager to join our team.
Briarwood has a dedicated team of staff, governors and parents/carers who are proud to support 167, rising to 233 in September 2026, children and young people aged 3 to 19 years and are passionate about their progress, happiness and care.
Purpose of Job
To provide high-level, confidential and proactive executive support to the Executive Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team (SLT), while leading and developing effective administrative and reception services across the school.
The role combines PA responsibilities with strategic oversight of administrative systems, processes and staff to ensure efficient, professional and high-quality operations.

The post is permanent - 37 hours per week, term time only plus 2 weeks in holidays as required
