You will play an active role in shaping our outdoor provision by contributing to risk-benefit assessments, helping children learn through challenge and exploration while ensuring a safe environment. You will also monitor and manage playground resources, making informed decisions about when equipment should be repaired, removed, replaced, or repurposed to maximise play opportunities.

We are committed to investing in our staff and offer weekly CPD and training opportunities, enabling you to develop your skills, share ideas, and contribute to the continued improvement of our play provision.

Whether you are looking to begin a career working with children or already have experience supporting play and learning, we would love to hear from you.
