Job Title: Premises Manager

Full Time Salary: £35,852, - £39,649 (CLF Grade E)

Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time, All Year Round

Hours: 37 Hours Per Week

Are you looking for a new challenge where you can make a real impact?

We are looking for a passionate individual who would like to be part of transforming education and will make an active contribution to the development of the Cabot Learning Federation and chosen Academy. This role sits within the CLF estates team but based at Kingsmead Academy.

You will report directly to the CLF Facilities Manager and undertake a range of duties which will include:  

  • planned preventative maintenance and compliance testing 
  • ensuring site safety and security  
  • general maintenance and repairs 
  • porterage  
  • minor grounds maintenance and cleanliness of the site 
  • coordinating the process of opening and closing down of the site 
  • inducting all contractors who come to site 
  • monitoring hard and soft FM external providers to ensure good performance 
  • supporting a strong Health & Safety culture
