Salary: OCL SCP 7–11 (£26,403 - £28,142 pro rata) + Local Government Pension Scheme

Are you highly organised, proactive, and passionate about supporting a busy school environment? Oasis Academy Brightstowe is seeking a dedicated Reprographics & General Administration Assistant to join our friendly and professional team.
About the Role
You will play a key role in supporting the Academy Leadership Team with general administrative tasks and delivering a high-quality reprographics service across the school. This is a varied and rewarding role that includes:
- Operating and maintaining reprographics equipment
- Producing and collating teaching and administrative materials
- Managing stock levels and liaising with suppliers
- Supporting reception duties
- Providing first aid and medication support (training provided)
The Ideal Candidate
- Has Maths and English GCSE (Grade A*–C / 9–4) or equivalent qualifications in literacy and numeracy.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Has experience working with young people in an educational setting
- Experience with reprographics or office equipment (desirable)
- A flexible, team-oriented approach
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
- Embodies the Oasis ethos and values – inclusion, hope, perseverance, and compassion
- Willingness to undertake first aid training
