Reprographics & General Admin Assistant- MAT cover 1 year 

Location: Oasis Academy Brightstowe, Bristol

Salary: OCL SCP 7–11 (£26,403 - £28,142 pro rata) + Local Government Pension Scheme

Contract: Term time only + 5 days in the holidays - 1 year MAT cover,  37 hours per week | 40 weeks per year, 8am - 4pm

Are you highly organised, proactive, and passionate about supporting a busy school environment? Oasis Academy Brightstowe is seeking a dedicated Reprographics & General Administration Assistant to join our friendly and professional team.

About the Role

You will play a key role in supporting the Academy Leadership Team with general administrative tasks and delivering a high-quality reprographics service across the school. This is a varied and rewarding role that includes:

  • Operating and maintaining reprographics equipment
  • Producing and collating teaching and administrative materials
  • Managing stock levels and liaising with suppliers
  • Supporting reception duties
  • Providing first aid and medication support (training provided)

The Ideal Candidate

  • Has Maths and English GCSE (Grade A*–C / 9–4) or equivalent qualifications in literacy and numeracy.
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Has experience working with young people in an educational setting 
  • Experience with reprographics or office equipment (desirable)
  • A flexible, team-oriented approach
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
  • Embodies the Oasis ethos and values – inclusion, hope, perseverance, and compassion
  • Willingness to undertake first aid training
