The Opportunity 

We are looking for a part-time School Office Administrator to join our main office team on a fixed term contract from 1st September 2026. If you join us, there is no such thing as a typical day! This role will see you provide a variety of administrative support to the school's staff, parents and pupils, including dealing with queries and visitors at our reception, supporting our attendance reporting and facilitating communications from the school to our wider community.

You are likely to have gained strong communication and organisational skills through your career or personal experience.  You will be able to bring an ability to keep calm under pressure and to thrive in a fast-paced working environment while keeping an eye for detail.
