School Librarian

Term-time plus 2 INSET days
Part-time, 22 hours per week
Working pattern: Wednesday and Thursday 08:00 – 16:00, Friday 08:00 – 15:30

We require an enthusiastic and passionate School Librarian to join this dynamic Faculty. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and organisational skills, coupled with an enthusiasm for books and reading.
In this role, you will be at the forefront of advocating literacy within our school, collaborating closely with various faculties to enrich the learning experience. You will empower our students by fostering their abilities to use the resources within the library.
In addition to this, you will play a key role in implementing policies and procedures within the library, and you will also work alongside the Literacy Lead in managing the budgets for acquiring books, learning materials and multimedia resources.
