Holymead Primary School is a vibrant school at the heart of a diverse community in South Bristol. Our recent Ofsted Inspection (September 2023) recognised the value we place in relationships and our commitment to both pupils and staff:

“Pupils thrive, both academically and personally, in this environment.”

“Staff are proud to be part of the school. They appreciate the consideration given to their well-being and the assistance they receive to manage their workload. They say that the school has a tangible sense of ‘community’.”

We require a School Meal Supervisory Assistant to supervise pupils during the lunch hour to commence in September 2026. Required from 11.50 – 1.00pm, Monday to Friday during term time only.

We are looking to appoint a reliable and enthusiastic Lunchtime Supervisor to join our happy support staff team at Holymead Primary School.

The role entails supervising the pupils during their lunch break either outdoors or indoors. The ideal candidate will be committed, energetic, flexible and able to work as part of a team, have high standards and to take pride in the school environment.

We are particularly interested in hearing from applicants with experience in supporting children with Special Educational Needs, and those with experience and enthusiasm for supporting children’s play.

Previous experience of working in a school environment would be welcomed although not essential, as full training will be given.

To find out more about our school, you can visit the school website, or contact our School Business Manager Mrs Nikki Holland on the main school number.
