SEND Learning Support Assistant – BG7 (TTO pro rata)

Contract: This is a permanent position.

Our Lady of the Rosary Primary School currently has a vacancy for a part-time LSA for 32.5 hours a week. The successful candidate will be timetabled to work both as a 1:1 support with SEND pupils and some Class LSA work across the primary range. Experience of supporting class teachers in differentiating a curriculum to support children’s needs and an understanding of approaches to develop self-esteem is important. Patience, empathy and a nurturing approach along with the ability to think on your feet and be flexible are all characteristics which will come naturally to you.

The role is for 32.5 hours per week. Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 3.30 pm with a half an hour unpaid lunch break. Part of your role will also be a ½ hour lunchtime duty.
