Four Acres Academy is seeking a proactive and committed Senior Site Assistant to join our dedicated Estates team. We’re looking for someone who:
Brings energy, commitment and practical skills to their work
Builds positive relationships and works well in a team
Has excellent DIY and estates management skills, including basic IT and time management
Is self-motivated, observant, and able to work independently
Shares our belief that every child deserves the very best opportunities
As Senior Site Assistant, you will:
• Ensure the safety and security of site users
• Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of buildings and grounds
• Carry out minor maintenance, supervise contractors, and manage compliance checks
• Support external lettings, emergency response, and seasonal site duties
• Be flexible to work across schools within the Trust
Note: Upon completing one year in post, the successful candidate will be supported by Futura to undertake a Level 2–3 Apprenticeship in Facilities Management.
