About Us

Amplify Education is a dynamic new multi-academy trust of 22 schools across Bristol, South Gloucestershire and North Somerset, formed through the thoughtful and planned merger of TiLA and CST. United by a shared vision, we are a bold voice for Bristol - committed to building belief in every young person, expanding opportunities, nurturing potential, and strengthening citizenship.

We are ambitious, reflective, and collaborative - driven to improve outcomes for young people while working together, learning from one another, and continually strengthening our practice. If you are looking to make a real difference within a forward-thinking and supportive Trust, Amplify Education could be the place for you.

We invite you to join our team at Henleaze Schools, where we pride ourselves on being a welcoming and supportive place to work within our campus of separate Infant and Junior schools. Our nurturing ethos begins with the child’s very first experiences of school, ensuring every child feels safe, valued, and supported to reach their potential. We are highly committed to inclusion and ambitious for all children. We are set in a spacious, green site in the heart of our local community with easy access to the city centre, offering a range of enrichment opportunities to support our broad curriculum.

The Opportunity

We are looking for an inspirational Teacher to join our talented teaching team.

This role is a maternity cover contract and is offered on a fixed-term basis from 1st September 2026 for one year, or until the return of the postholder, whichever is sooner.

If you join us, a typical week in this role will see you delivering engaging lessons across the breadth of the curriculum, promoting a love of learning and providing a purposeful and safe learning environment for all pupils.

You are likely to have gained effective classroom management skills and the ability to form positive relationships with pupils through your career or personal experience. You will be able to bring to us creativity in your teaching and an ability to inspire all learners. You will have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
