Thank you for your interest in the position of Teacher of Performing Arts - Music with Drama at Orchard School Bristol. We are seeking a qualified Music and Drama teacher who is passionate about school productions, to join our Performing Arts team for September 2024. The role will involve teaching Music and some KS3 Drama.

You are:
- A teacher of Music and Drama, with enthusiasm and skill to support student and staff choirs, whole-school productions and ability to raise the culture of performance across the school
- an innovative and creative practitioner, with a strong curriculum knowledge of Performing Arts
- passionate about Performing Arts, and able to deliver Drama in year 7/8 if required
- a good understanding of the specific skills required to raise achievement at GCSE level
- committed to extra-curricular opportunities, ensuring regular opportunities for students to perform, including in whole-school productions
- able to inspire, motivate and enthuse students in lessons
- committed to the highest achievement for all students
- keen to learn, share best practice and contribute positively to a committed and enthusiastic Performing Arts Faculty.
