We are looking for a passionate Teacher of Science to join our team at E-ACT Montpelier High School who is committed to delivering exceptional learning experiences, raising achievement and supporting every student to thrive. Key responsibilities: 

  • Deliver engaging, high-quality lessons that inspire students and drive excellent progress
  • Plan and adapt learning to meet the needs of all students, promoting inclusion and achievement 
  • Assess, monitor and report on student progress, providing effective feedback to support development
  • Foster a positive learning environment with high expectations for behaviour and attainment 
  • Act as a form tutor, supporting students' academic, personal and pastoral needs

Pay range: Salary £32,916 - 37,101 Actual. M1 - M3. 

FTC, 1 September 2026 to 31 December 2026

Qualifications and Skills: 

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or recognised equivalent
  • Degree in the related subject specialism
  • Evidence of continuous professional development
  • Relevant safeguarding training and knowledge
  • Strong understanding of the National Curriculum and assessment requirements
