Upper Horfield is a small school with a big heart. We are a vibrant and forward-thinking school. We have a highly skilled and passionate staff who are committed to providing the highest quality of education and care for our children.

We have a vacancy for a teaching assistant. We are inviting applications from candidates with experience in key stage 1 or key stage 2, or both. Their role will initially be to provide in-class support for small groups and deliver interventions.

• A full time on a fixed term contract (12 months) with INSET days

• Potential to increase working hours in our Breakfast Club or After School Club

The successful candidate will need to have minimum of 3 GCSE passes at Grade C (or equivalent) or above (including English and Maths), experience of working with or caring for children, have a wonderful ability to relate well to both children and adults.
