Briarwood School is seeking an enthusiastic, skilled and compassionate Training, Development and Marketing Co-ordinator to join our team.
Briarwood has a dedicated team of staff, governors and parents/carers who are proud to support 167, rising to 233 in September 2026, children and young people aged 3 to 19 years and are passionate about their progress, happiness and care.
Purpose of Job
To coordinate all operational aspects of training and Continuous Professional Development (CPD) at Briarwood School, ensuring that staff across all sites receive high-quality, well-organised induction and professional development aligned to the school’s strategic priorities.
The role will support the implementation of Briarwood’s CPD strategy by ensuring training is efficiently scheduled, monitored, recorded, and evaluated. The postholder will also support the development of Briarwood’s external training offer, contributing to its reputation as a centre of excellence in SEND practice, and delivering high quality external communication and undertaking a range of marketing activities both online and offline.

The post is permanent - 37 hours per week (part time hours would be considered). All year round (term time only would be considered)
