Bristol Free School is a high-performing, inclusive and heavily oversubscribed secondary school with a thriving Sixth Form serving the community of North-West Bristol. We are seeking an exceptional Assistant Headteacher / SENDCo who shares our core values of Opportunity, Ambition and Community. This is an exciting chance to lead SEND provision in our school. As a member of the senior leadership team, you will model excellence, inspire colleagues and drive whole‑school improvement with expertise, creativity and compassion. You will play a defining role in developing inclusive practice across the school and building a community where every student feels known, valued and empowered to succeed.
