Job Title: Operations Manager
Actual Annual Salary: £34,585 - £36,898 Based on term time only plus 2 additional weeks
Full Time Equivalent Salary: £38,419 - £40,989 (CLF Grade 11). Based on 37 hours per week, all year round
Contract Type: Permanent, Term time only (plus INSET days), plus 2 weeks to be worked during the holidays or Academy closure.
Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Additional role info: Working Pattern - Monday to Thursday 7.5 hours per day 8am to 4pm with 30-minute lunch & Friday 7 hours 8am to 3.30pm with 30-minute lunch.

Cabot Learning Federation Post 16 are looking for a highly organised Operations Manager, who will work with the Senior Leadership Team and relevant trust cluster and central colleagues, to support the operations and administrative team in the delivery of robust administrative, compliance and operations systems, processes and procedures.
The Operations Manager will deliver critical operational activities in the absence of the Principal.
About you:
You will have:
- Awareness of policies and procedures relating to child protection, health, safety and security, confidentiality and data protection.
- Excellent understanding of administrative processes for school improvement.
- Excellent IT skills that include a sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office, email and use of the internet.
- High standard of oral and written communication skills and ability to understand and convey information effectively.
- Highly organised and efficient.
- Excellent networking skills.
- Substantial experience of working in a senior administration role.
- Experience of developing and implementing policies and administrative processes.
- Manage and prioritise a varied and busy workload as work to deadlines.
- Capable of using use own initiative.
- A passion for working with and supporting children and young people.

The CLF Post 16 Academy is situated in South Gloucestershire, hosted at John Cabot Academy, and serves the students of Bristol across two local authorities. We are a centre of education for ages 16-19 offering a range of level 1, 2 and 3 vocational courses and a full breadth of A Level qualifications.
