We are looking for an outstanding, innovative, and creative Headteacher to form a new school management team with a Business and Admissions Manager. You will be an experienced and dynamic educational leader with the confidence, energy, and clarity of vision to lead an independent Steiner/Waldorf school undergoing significant revitalization. Working closely with the Business and Admissions Manager, the Headteacher will be responsible for actualising the overall vision of the school and implementing a dynamic Waldorf educational offering, supporting teacher development, and ensuring the quality of education. You will ensure our new and existing families understand our Waldorf educational offer and you will drive expanding student enrolment. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator and storyteller, liaising with parents and staff as well as interfacing with Waldorf UK, OFSTED and the Independent School Standards (ISS).
