Full Time Equivalent Salary: £23,846 - £26,108 (CLF Grade B). Based on 37 hours per week.
Contract Type: Permanent, Part Time, Term time only.

Winterstoke Hundred Academy in Weston super Mare are looking for a passionate Breakfast Club Coordinator to join the team on a permanent basis.
The Breakfast Club Coordinator will assist with the management of play provision for children outside of Academy hours. They will provide a quality play care service responsive to the needs of children and within the framework of the provision’s policies and procedures.
About you:
You will have:
- an understanding of the varied needs of children and families.
- been trained in administering medication or having a willingness to undertake training (where relevant).
- strong interpersonal skills, in particular demonstrate empathy and active listening.
- a keen interest in working within an education based environment and commitment to inclusion and acceptance of all.
- positive values, attitudes and behaviour to act as a role model around students.

About Winterstoke Hundred Academy:
Winterstoke Hundred Academy have students in all year groups, being oversubscribed in Years 7 to 10. Year 11 who were our first cohort of learners are a slightly smaller cohort and we have a thriving sixth form with students in Years 12 and 13. The development of the new building, which opened in 2024, saw us nearing capacity as a split-site, medium-scale 11–19 Academy. We celebrate the fact that, as a new provision, our culture, ethos and values have been ours to define from the beginning, and we are able to decide what is important to take with us into the future as we grow.
