Full Time Salary: £30,963 - £33,779 (CLF Grade D).

Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, All year round.

We are looking for a passionate and inspiring Facilities Supervisor to join our supportive and talented team at City Academy Bristol. We are a diverse multi-academy trust, looking for professional and ambitious people, with a passion for transforming our students’ learning.
The Facilities Supervisor will lead in all aspects of site management to ensure a safe, secure, and well-maintained environment for the full City Academy Bristol site, including CLF Institute, City School and off site provisions whilst promoting an appropriate Health and Safety culture ensuring all relevant Health and Safety regulations and guidelines are always adhered to.
About you:
You will have:
- a good understanding of basic maintenance and repairs.
- an understanding of Health & Safety and COSHH legislation.
- experience of managing sites or of working in facilities management.
- people management experience.
- knowledge of preparing risk assessments.
- the ability to be responsible for the security of a site.
- experience of inducting, working with and supervising contractors.
