We are seeking to appoint a Vice Principal with responsibility for Quality of Education. This is a pivotal role in driving the next phase of improvement, with a particular focus on curriculum, teaching, assessment and outcomes.
The successful candidate will lead the development of a consistently high-quality educational experience for all students. They will work closely with middle and senior leaders to ensure that curriculum intent is realised through strong implementation, that assessment is precise and purposeful, and that outcomes continue to improve across all key groups.
This role will suit a leader with a strong track record in improving teaching and learning, developing others and securing sustainable improvements in outcomes. The ability to design and embed effective systems, alongside a deep understanding of what drives high-quality education, will be essential.
Above all, we are looking for a leader who shares our commitment to our values, who is ambitious for all students, and who will contribute positively to the culture and life of the school.
