Are you seeking a full time, term time only administrative role in the Weston area:
Under the direction of senior staff, the Administration Assistant will provide general administrative and clerical support to the academy, primarily running the main reception desk. The post holder will be expected to work collaboratively with relevant colleagues to fulfil the requirements of the role and contribute positively to the effective running of the administration function within the academy.
About you:
You will have:
- Good Literacy and numeracy competency – evidenced by GCSE Maths and English at Grade C
- Appropriate First Aid qualification or willing to undertake
- Knowledge of good practice regarding compliance/data protection/GDPR
- Awareness of policies and procedures relating to child protection, health, safety and security, confidentiality and data protection
- Good understanding and ability to use office equipment such as photocopiers

Winterstoke Hundred have students in all year groups, being oversubscribed in Years 7 to 10. Year 11 who were our first cohort of learners are a slightly smaller cohort and we have a thriving sixth form with students in Years 12 and 13. The development of the new building, which opened in 2024, saw us nearing capacity as a split-site, medium-scale 11–19 Academy.
