An exciting opportunity has arisen for someone to join Broomfield Primary School on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will work as part of our caring and enthusiastic team at one of the most important parts of the school day. This role will be Monday to Friday, working hours 12.00pm to 1.15pm, during term time only.
As Midday Supervisor you will be expected to help supervise and engage with the children at lunchtime, ensuring the children are eating and playing in a safe, friendly environment. Your responsibilities will include lunchtime cover across the whole school, supervising children both inside the lunch hall and outside in the playground. Additionally, you will be responsible for cleaning down the hall after both lunch sittings. The successful candidate will be expected to lead games and interact with the children, whilst modelling excellent communication skills at all times.
We are looking for a calming individual who recognises the power of play and who has a positive attitude. This role is a rewarding one with a successful candidate having the opportunity to gain experience working in a school environment.
The ideal candidate will:

• Be kind and have a caring nature and someone who can assist with practical aspects like managing water bottle and lunch boxes
