Rated Good by Ofsted (Jun 23), Exeter House School is an all through Education Provision (EP) for children and young people (CYP) with severe or profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD) and complex needs. We are a supportive and nurturing community for CYP, aged 4 -19 with 3 sites within a short distance apart in Salisbury and we are now expanding with a new satellite opening soon in Tidworth for children aged 4 - 8.

We are in search of an excellent and adaptive Administrative Officer to support our newly opening site in Tidworth as the key administration contact at the new site.

You will:

Act as a welcoming and friendly face as a member of Exeter House School's Tidworth satellite

Run the pupil administration of the site efficiently and effectively

Be the main telephone contact - this will involve dealing with queries, taking accurate messages and often bringing solutions

Receive and support with parental queries

Maintain the office calendar, arranging appointments and liaising with team members regularly to follow up on external and internal communications

Maintain efficient filing systems, ensuring confidential papers are stored appropriately

Hours of work: 32.5hrs per week (Mon-Fri)

Contract type: Term time only (inc TD Days)
