As a growing Multi Academy Trust under a rapid growth plan, now is an exciting opportunity to join our People Service Team as we look to secure a People Service Officer to a full-time position. You will be based at our Wiltshire Hub at Exeter House School, Salisbury with some travel to the Swindon Hub expected.

We are in search of a People Services Officer who:

  • Has experience delivering high-quality HR administration and recruitment support across the full employee lifecycle, with excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Can build positive working relationships, providing professional, customer-focused advice and support to managers, employees and candidates.
  • Has strong knowledge of employment legislation, safer recruitment, GDPR and compliance requirements, with the ability to maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
  • Is confident using HR systems and Microsoft Office applications to manage data, produce reports and support payroll and workforce administration.
  • Is proactive, adaptable and committed to continuous improvement, able to manage competing priorities while delivering an outstanding employee experience in a fast-paced environment.
