Are you passionate about using your HR skills to make a difference?

Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where you can grow your career and make a tangible difference to the lives of children?

If so, we are thrilled you’re considering this opportunity! It is a fantastic and exciting time to join our People Team here at Brunel Academies Trust!

We have an exciting opportunity for a CIPD qualified, hardworking, pragmatic People Services Partner to join our small, established People team based in our Salisbury Central Office.

You will provide a comprehensive and pragmatic advice and support service to education provisions across Brunel to enable the best outcomes for our Children and Young People (CYP) and supporting the organisation’s growth.

You will work flexibly across sites within Swindon and Wiltshire and act as the main point of contact for Headteachers/Heads of Service within your remit. Actively engaging with, and supporting to develop, new processes to ensure practice across Brunel is consistent and in line with Brunel’s core values, challenging where appropriate, and working innovatively to continually improve the People Services offering.

It is a busy office, with plenty of variety to keep you going, so time management and flexibility is a must. You represent the Brunel professional brand in all that you do from speaking to employees to third party suppliers and stakeholders. Being able to quickly build and maintain rapport is beneficial.

Education HR experience is naturally beneficial, but more importantly we are looking for the right person with the right skills. By working with schools and provisions, we have the privilege of contributing to the educational journey of children and making a difference to their lives. Your work will directly contribute to creating environments where both our employees and our students thrive. We understand the importance of a work-life balance and therefore we work on a hybrid model.

The attached job description and person specification will detail your role in full.
