This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference by working on-site, in the community, and online.

Key aspects of the role include:

  • Building trusting relationships with students who may have complex needs and barriers to attendance.
  • Collaborating with families, colleagues, and external professionals to create a holistic support network.
  • Employing creative strategies and innovative methods to inspire and motivate students.
  • Tracking progress and adapting approaches to ensure each student achieves their full potential.

What We Offer:

  • An opportunity to shape a ground-breaking approach to education.
  • Flexible working options, including part-time positions, to suit your expertise and work-life balance.
  • A supportive team environment committed to collaboration and continuous learning.
  • Access to professional development opportunities to enhance your skills in EBSA and alternative education practices.
