Horizons College is an innovative and inclusive specialist education provider for learners aged 16-25 with learning difficulties and complex needs. We proudly opened our campus in Royal Wootton Bassett’s Interface Business Park in September 2022 and were rated "Good" by Ofsted in March 2024. Which was a fantastic achievement which our team were proud of on our journey to success.

We are proud of our inspiring learners and our supportive, nurturing team who work hard to provide positive learning experiences as our learners grow and prepare for adulthood.

We are seeking to appoint an outstanding Teacher/Tutor who has specialist Autism training and experience to teach our SEN learners on the Pathway to Independence and Pathway to Employment courses.

The subjects you will deliver will include for Skills for Daily Living, Vocational Options (Horticulture), Employability Skills, etc therefore we would also welcome Specialist Vocational Teachers to bring their experience to our learners and Employability curriculum.

If this sounds like you, we would love you to join our friendly and committed team. Our learners are wonderfully unique and thrive with teachers who are positive, supportive and fun, and who understand that every learning journey is different—and that’s something we celebrate.

For this role we are looking for someone with experience working with learners with SEN however this position may also be suitable for a candidate who is looking to move from mainstream to specialise in SEND.

At Horizons College, our mission is clear: Empowering learners to shape their future, and this role is critical in helping us achieve that vision. If this mission resonates with you as an education professional ready for the next step in your career – we want to hear from you.
