There is a very strong sense of partnership between the school and parents, governors and the wider community which enhances a ‘family’ ethos and reinforces the school motto, ‘believe and achieve together’.

Since 2018, we have become part of the Federation of Burrington and Wrington Church Schools which has enabled both schools to benefit from additional opportunities for professional development, curriculum enrichment and shared expertise. We have strong links with local schools in our cluster and beyond, and we work closely with the Diocese of Bath and Wells as well as North Somerset Local Authority. This church school has served the area for over 150 years; our treasured traditions are combined with an outward looking approach as we draw on national and international research and pedagogy to inform our practice.
