Administrative Officer

Salary: SCP6-10 (FTE £23,893 - £25,545, actual salary pro-rata) – depending on experience.

Fixed term until 31/12/2024 with the possibility of becoming permanent.

32.5hrs per week term time only plus 2 weeks – 8:30am – 4:00pm

 Swainswick Church School is looking for an administration officer who:

  • Has excellent communication skills and is able to greet children and parents with warmth and a smile,
  • Has the skills and attention to detail required to evaluate current office processes, with the aim of identifying and developing opportunities to deliver process efficiencies,
  • Enjoys taking an active role as part of the whole school and community,
  • Has a great sense of humour!
