The children, staff and Trust Local Committee are seeking a highly skilled passionate and knowledgeable part-time Assistant Headteacher and SENCO to lead our SEND provision.

You will be working part time in a non-class based senior leadership role and benefit from the experience and support of a well-established, positive and friendly team. You will have:
- Experience of successfully leading teams and driving school improvement.
- Experience of working with children with Special Educational Needs, those on the neurodiverse pathways and those who have English as an additional language.
- Excellent knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice.
- The necessary communication skills to liaise with a variety of external agencies.
- Expertise in early identification of need and ability to ensure the highest quality intervention and support is provided.
- Ability to ensure full statutory compliance with the management of EHC plans and annual reviews.
- The resilience and interpersonal skills to deal with the challenges of the role, alongside a supportive Senior team.
