We are looking for a Learning Support Assistant to join our supportive and talented team at John Cabot Academy. We are a diverse multi-academy trust, looking for professional and ambitious people, with a passion for transforming our students’ learning.

This role is offered on a Fixed Term Contract until 31 August 2021. 

What we are looking for:  

To be successful in the post, we are looking for someone who will assist in the educational, personal and social development of designated students under the direction and guidance of the Principal, SENCO and/or INCO and class teachers.  Support students to enable them to access the curriculum, completely engage with their learning and achieve their full potential.  Deliver measurable impact on student attainment as well as social and emotional well-being.
