We are looking for an Administration Assistant to join our supportive and talented team at Broadoak Academy. We are a diverse multi-academy trust, looking for professional and ambitious people, with a passion for transforming our students’ learning.

What we are looking for:

Under the direction of senior staff, the Administration Assistant will provide general administrative and clerical support to the academy.  The role will predominantly be reception duties and will also include dealing with incoming and outgoing mail and ordering stationary as well as some targeted admin support for specific areas such as admissions, work experience etc. At all times, the post holder will be expected to work collaboratively with relevant colleagues to fulfil the requirements of the role and contribute positively to the effective running of the administration function within the academy. 

This is a part time position required for 20 hours per week, term time only plus 5 inset days, Monday – Friday 12:30PM – 4:30PM.

Broadoak Academy is part of CLF which is a 3-19 organisation with a mix of primary, secondary and an all through academies. It is located in the south of Weston near to Uphill Village, Weston-super-Mare. There has been a school on this site serving the community for nearly 100 years and we have a PAN of 900 The proportion of children eligible for the pupil premium, which is additional funding for pupils in receipt of supported income, looked-after children and children from service families is above the national average at 36%. •11% of the school speak English as an additional language.
