We are looking for an Assistant Sports Centre Manager to join our supportive and talented team at the Cabot Learning Federation (CLF). We are a diverse multi-academy trust, looking for professional and ambitious people, with a passion for education and transforming our students’ lives regardless of your role.

The Assistant Sports Centre Manager will supervise and manage all the sports centre lettings activities across 3 schools within the CLF in our South Gloucestershire Cluster. The facilities are run outside of school hours, during evenings and weekends. One has an established sports centre provision and the other two require development. This role will include some evening and weekend working. Hours can be flexible and agreed on a case by case basis.

What we are looking for:

The successful candidate should have some previous knowledge of the leisure industry and/or managerial experience, excellent communication skills, flexibility and a commitment to customer service. They will ensure the safety of all users, deliver outstanding customer service and ensure a high level of customer care. This role will also include line management of a team of sports centre assistants, market research, competitor analysis plus overseeing financial procedures.
