We are looking for a Behaviour Intervention Coordinator to join our supportive and talented team at Hanham Woods Academy. We are a diverse multi-academy trust, looking for professional and ambitious people, with a passion for transforming our students’ learning.

What we are looking for:

To be successful in this post, you will:

  • Oversee the day-to-day management and running of the Inclusion Area.
  • Support the development and facilitating of behavioural intervention programmes.
  • Provide feedback, support and training for all staff within the Academy on the needs of identified students with behavioural concerns.
  • Manage contact with the parents and carers of students undertaking behavioural interventions.
  • Develop and maintain effective working partnerships with outside agencies and individuals in order to address needs and ensure progress for these students.
