We are looking for a Leisure Attendant to join our supportive and talented team at Kingsmead Academy. We are a diverse multi-academy trust, looking for professional and ambitious people, with a passion for transforming our students’ learning. The successful applicant will become a member of the CLF Leisure and Lettings team.

This is a zero hour casual position with no guaranteed weekly hours. Shifts are dependent on bookings. Shift length: 3–6 hours, unless pre agreed. Staff rotas are prearranged approximately 4–6 weeks in advance based on your stated availability. Occasional lastminute cover may also be offered to cover absence. The site is closed for approximately 2 weeks over Christmas and on public holidays.

Standard Site Opening Hours (Kingsmead Academy) Weekdays: 16:30 – 22:30 Weekends: 08:30 – 17:30 Additional Weekend Shifts: 17:30 – 22:30 may be available for larger events and shows School Holidays: 08:30 – 16:30

About Kingsmead Academy:  

Kingsmead is an 11- 16 school in the heart of the community. We are close to Taunton, Wellington and the M5. The school has just under 900 students on roll with some excellent facilities. Unusually for a secondary school we have our own farm, and we run a land-based course in KS4 which reflects an important aspect of our local community. In July 2025 we decided to join the Cabot Learning Federation having been a single academy for a number of years as they shared our ethos and vision for high quality education for all.
