You will also produce evidence to demonstrate the impact of the projects ensuring they contribute to enhanced employee engagement, a culture of inclusivity and continuous improvement to which the CLF aspires. The building of excellent Federation wide working relationships across our 21 Academies will be essential to achieve success in this role.

Current projects include the completion of the job evaluation of professional service roles across the Federation; development of flexible working solutions; undertaking a review and developing recommendations on improving retention; analysis, deployment and action of staff survey results; working with resourcing, Academies and EDI to increase the diversity of our workforce; innovation around professional development and contributing to the development of the People Strategy to support the CLF’s 2030 Strategy.

You will have experience of building relationships with key stakeholders to gain engagement and create change; a demonstrable track record of the design, delivery, implementation and measurement of strategic projects to afford real and sustained change across an organisation and experience of managing a number of projects simultaneously. You will have experience of applying a high degree of initiative, responsibility and self-motivation, along with a professional can-do approach to problem-solving drawing on your substantial HR knowledge and experience.

This role is offered on a hybrid basis where there is the option to do some work from home whilst attending the office and Academies for meetings and team building.
