Job Title: Lead for Children in Care & Previously Looked After Children
Contract: Permanent, 37 hours per week, Term Time Only + 5 Inset Days.
Salary: CLF 10 £33,450 - £37,129 per annum. Actual Salary £28,643 per annum
Start Date: 2 September 2024
We are looking for a Lead for Children in Care & Previously Looked After Children to join our supportive and talented team at Bristol Brunel Academy, part of the Cabot Learning Federation. We are a diverse multi-academy trust, looking for professional and ambitious people, with a passion for transforming our students’ learning.
What we are looking for:
To be successful in the post, we are looking for someone to lead on the provision for and be an advocate for our Children in Care (CiC) and Previously Looked After Children (PLAC) across the Academy. The role will support the work of teachers and the management of the pupil premium plus provision under an appropriate system of supervision. This may involve planning, preparing and delivering sessions. Take a significant role in the educational, personal and social development of CiC and PLAC students under the direction and guidance of the Principal, SENDCo and stakeholders.
