Salary: Leadership L1-L5 - (£47,185 to £52,073 per annum)

Actual Salary: 0.6 = £28,311 - £31,244 /0.8 = £37,748 - £41,658

We are looking for a SENCO to join our supportive and talented team at Lansdown Park Academy. The CLF is a diverse multi-academy trust, looking for professional and ambitious people, with a passion for transforming our students’ learning.

What we are looking for: 

To be successful in the post, we are looking for a professional who can take on the role of SENCO to provide oversight and tracking of all SEND students including SEMH across the Academy to monitor impact and to direct the quality of provision, ensuring that students are supported as individuals. You will work closely with wider SEND team, the Inclusion team, and the Senior Leadership Team, to ensure that all vulnerable students are supported to achieve, receive the appropriate statutory provision and are supported to be successful. 

This role will be based across Primary and Secondary (KS1-3) with a small teaching allocation to cover PPA. The post will also include SEN administration for all pupils and the successful candidate will represent Lansdown Park Academy at key local authority panels.
