We are looking for a Senior Operations Manager to join our supportive and talented team at John Cabot Academy. We are part of a diverse multi-academy trust, looking for professional and ambitious people, with a passion for transforming our students’ learning.

This role is part time – 17.5 hours a week and will be a job share. The successful candidate will work Wednesday and Thursday each week with the remaining hours dedicated to communication with the job sharer, how this will be managed will be agreed with the successful candidate.

You will be an excellent organiser who is able to work with a range of stakeholders to ensure the academy operates at a high standard. You will be able to build strong working relationships, using leadership skills to develop and implement administration, compliance and operations systems, processes, and procedures across the academy. You will be dedicated to ensuring that the students and staff are able to learn and work in a safe environment.

You will be able to work collaboratively and have effective communication skills to enhance the delivery of the Senior Operations Manager responsibilities alongside your job share colleague.
