As the ‘Further Education College of the year 2019’, we have an opportunity for a full-time and permanent Lecturer in Management and Leadership.
The ‘Professions, Innovation and Enterprise Academy’ is an exciting new entity within Sandwell College. With aspirations for rapid growth, the Academy is actively searching for exceptionally motivated and talented people to join its enthusiastic, go-getting staff team. The successful candidate for this role will be a highly qualified, experienced teacher /trainer of adults, with an excellent track-record of providing high quality teaching and learning experiences in a variety of different learning environments, including experience of on-line synchronous learning. A range of highly developed skills will be required for effective performance in the role including; inspirational team-leadership, confident communication and strong project management.
