As the centre enters an exciting period of growth and development, we are looking for talented individuals who are passionate about delivering the very best experience to young people.

We are looking for a Teacher of Health and Social Care to join us on a fixed term basis until 02 July 2021. This role is full-time.

You will work closely with management, colleagues and students to ensure success for both college and students. You will deliver specific programmes that focus on Health and Social Care in line with our prospectus and contributing to our aims and objectives. This will lead to successful outcomes for students and provide a positive overall experience at the college.

This is a great opportunity for someone with previous experience in Health and Social Care to help shape the future of Cadbury College. You will have a good track record in raising attainment and standards and will be an innovative practitioner with the ability to think strategically and creatively.

You will be committed to inspiring and motivating students and be a team player with excellent communication skills. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and optimistic and always looking for the best from our students, whilst also continuously working on your own professional development and growth.

An academic background in Health and Social Care is preferred along with a recognised teaching qualification, (L5 or above). We will also consider someone who is willing to work towards obtaining this qualification. We are looking for an individual who not only has a great theoretical understanding of Health and Social Care and its practices but also a willingness to share knowledge and expertise with our students to inspire them for future career development.
