Job/Person Summary

We wish to recruit a School Health & Welfare Officer who will work alongside our current post holder to provide a comprehensive and inclusive welfare service to our students and staff. The post includes medical and mental welfare so a First Aid Qualification or previous nursing experience is a requirement, together with knowledge of safeguarding and signposting to and liaison with outside agencies. This is a very busy role so excellent admin skills and the ability to work at pace and manage personal workload are essential.  This role is for 32.5 hours per week, term time (40 weeks of the year), including INSET days.
