<p>Cambian Grateley House School, an independent special school located in the heart of Hampshire, is seeking a Vice Principal to work closely with the Principal in driving the school’s journey from good to outstanding. The school supports up to 64 students, aged 11–19, who have a diagnosis of Autism and associated conditions.</p>

<p><strong>Your Role:</strong></p>
<p>As Vice Principal, you will be a pivotal part of the Senior Leadership Team, responsible for:</p>
<ul>
<li>Leading the education team to deliver high-quality, personalised learning experiences.</li>
<li>Ensuring outstanding teaching, learning, and student progress across the school.</li>
<li>Promoting a culture of high expectations for behaviour, character, and achievement.</li>
<li>Supporting curriculum development tailored to autistic learners.</li>
<li>Building and maintaining strong relationships with staff, students, families, and external partners.</li>
<li>Driving innovation and opportunities to enhance independence, employability, and future aspirations of all learners.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What We’re Looking For:</strong></p>
<p>We are seeking a compassionate and visionary leader who:</p>
<ul>
<li>Has a proven track record of senior leadership (minimum 4 years preferred).</li>
<li>Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).</li>
<li>Is passionate about specialist education and inclusive practice.</li>
<li>Is experienced in developing and embedding strategies to raise achievement and support autistic learners.</li>
<li>Is an exceptional communicator and motivator with excellent people management skills.</li>
<li>Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.</li>
