CRC are currently looking for an ICT Assessor/Trainer to join us on a temporary basis to cover long term sickness.

As an ICT Assessor Trainer, you will take overall responsibility for an agreed caseload of learners, providing high-quality training, coaching, mentoring, instruction, and assessment to help them achieve their apprenticeship and/or qualification in a timely manner. You will act as the main point of contact for employers and learners, fostering positive relationships to support the training and development of learners.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Relevant qualifications and experience in IT
  • Able to assess front line IT support apprentices,
  • Assessor qualification (e.g., A1, TAQA) desirable.
  • Experience in delivering coaching, and assessment.
  • Knowledge of ICT apprenticeship standards, EPA requirements, and quality assurance processes.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Commitment to promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion in education and training.
