About the role:
As a Lecturer in Creative Media and Esports, you'll primarily teach in our Creative Industries and Digital Media departments, covering levels 1-3. You'll deliver an expansive program that embraces contemporary digital practices and traditional techniques. Additionally, you'll provide personalized tutorial support and progression advice to learners.
Qualifications and experience:
Ideal candidates will hold a Level 2/GCSE/O Level English and Maths grade C or above, along with a Degree in Media or related subject, or relevant industry experience. A teaching qualification (Full Cert Ed or PGCE) is essential, or a willingness to work towards one.
We're looking for candidates with experience in Creative Digital Online Streaming, Social Media, and Esports production. Familiarity with assessment processes and a strong understanding of Modern Media are advantageous. Candidates should be able to work to professional standards, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively within a team.
