Job Title: Distance Learning Assessor/IQA Health & Social Care

Variable Hours - £15.00 per hour

Cambridge Regional College is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Distance Learning Assessor/IQA in Health & Social Care to join our dynamic team. This role will be based in the UK and offers an exciting opportunity to support the learning and development of students in the health and social care sector through distance learning.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct assessments of learners' work and provide constructive feedback
- Ensure assessments are completed in a timely manner and in line with regulatory requirements
- Support learners through their distance learning journey, offering guidance and assistance as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of assessments and learner progress
- Work closely with the quality assurance team to ensure high standards of assessment and verification

Qualifications and Skills:
- Hold a relevant assessing qualification (e.g., TAQA, CAVA, A1/A2, D32/D33)
- Experience in assessing and verifying Health & Social Care qualifications through distance learning
- Knowledge of apprenticeship standards and frameworks in the Health & Social Care sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
