This role is part of our College Management Group and is based primarily at our Cambridge Campus.

About the role:
This role involves leading and managing the range of quality assurance and improvement processes and systems for the College, and is an exciting opportunity to work with all of our FE, HE and 14-16 programmes.
The successful candidate will also need to work closely with curriculum and service managers and directors, lead our observation and internal quality review teams, and support improvement.
What we are looking for in our role:
You should be able to demonstrate significant experience of leading and managing quality assurance and improvement systems in a successful FE environment, together with experience of leading a successful curriculum area.
A sound understanding of all provision types including 14-16, Study Programmes, Apprenticeships and HE is desirable.
You should hold a Teaching qualification (Cert Ed/ PGCE or equivalent) along with a Degree or equivalent professional qualification in a relevant subject.
