We’re looking for a qualified, enthusiastic professional in Culinary Arts and Hospitality to train, teach, and assess learners across a range of exciting programmes. As a lecturer, you’ll not only teach — you’ll mentor, inspire and support learners as they develop the practical skills and professional mindset needed to succeed in the culinary and hospitality industries.

You will be:

Professionally qualified – minimum Level 3 Professional Chef

Experienced – solid industry background in Culinary Arts or Hospitality

Approachable and positive – with the confidence to engage, motivate and mentor learners

Skilled – able to assess learner work across different qualification levels

Flexible – willing to work occasional evenings or Saturdays to support learners and events

Passionate – about education, development, and sharing industry best practices

Please note this role is fixed term until July 2026.
