Cambridge Regional College have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist/Customer Services Assistant to join our Curriculum Admin/Reception team in Cambridge. You will join us on a full time basis and in return you will receive a competitive salary of between £18,318 to £20,413 per annum.

You will find a modern teaching environment with lots of energy and interaction. We strive to achieve very high standards of teaching with regular staff development.

We are looking for a well organised, enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our small reception team. This post will include a wide range of duties to assist in the day to day running of our busy reception function and also cover a full range of customer service duties. You must be well presented, friendly and welcoming and have the ability to work well under pressure, be organised and have excellent customer service skills. You must have the ability to work solo and part of a team.

The successful candidate will have experience of working “front of house” Reception situation or that of a Customer Service area. Maths and English Grade C or equivalent is desirable as is the Level 2 Customer Service qualification or Reception Admin qualification.

Within your normal working week of 37 hours, you will be expected to work such hours between 8:00am and 4.30pm that are reasonably necessary for the effective reception cover.
